Ending 2009.....

Wow!! Time Flys!!! .... I can't believe that the year 2009 has nearly come to an end!!.....We have had many good times as well as the bad....Grandma passed away in June, she will forever be in our hearts and never forgotten!xo.... a week later my aunt vicki passed away as well. May she also rest in peace!!

In September, Chris and I purchased another home! There is nothing like a home to call your own, knowing you can do whatever- whenever you want to it, without antibody's say so. We are enjoying our home very much!! My commute to work is a quarter of the distance I used to have to drive. "Traffic" doesn't seem to bother me anymore! lol.... Lucky, ( our little kitty) is adjusted to the home as well lol..... She enjoying running up and down the stairs...she is just full of life and I love that!! lol.

We have enjoyed entertaining the wonderful company of great family and friends, and look forward to the years to come. We went on a cruise this past November, it was the experience of a lifetime and know this is just only the beginning of what has yet to come!! .... This Past Christmas we were blessed with the news that we are expecting our first child!! ... We have enjoyed being married and spending time just the two of us, for nearly 7 years now. And although we both are extremly happy with our life, I just know that a child will make us even much more happier. Soooo with that being said... the countdown begins!!lol..... Two months down.... 7 to go! Oyyy!! .... Tomorrow, is my first ultra-sound!! Soooo Soooo excited- as I have mentioned this on numerous occasions so far lol..... but I can not believe how fast this process is going despite the morning sickness that has seemed to get the very best of me these past two weeks!! .... but it seemed like one minute the Doc says "Yep!!" your having a baby and the next they are saying ok- ultrasound time....time to see the heartbeat!!! lol We are excited for all the amzing things to come!! ..... Those of you who know us well have known we have been wanting a child for quite some time. However, felt it was necessary to purchase another home and get settled in before we did. The patience paid off!! Things could change but as for now.... Chris and I have set the baby names!

WOW!!! Just think nearly 11 weeks from now we will be able to find out the sex of the baby!!! Very Very excited!! LoL I also can't help that everytime I go into a store rather than running to the home decor section I now find myself running straight to the baby section! haha.... Going to soon be getting a headstart on the nursery as well.

We are thankful to have blessed this year in many ways and excited for what the year 2010 has in store for us!!....

The Best Christmas Gift Ever....

Yep, I said I would wait but can't keep it to myself any longer!!! lol.... 4 positive pregnancy tests later and Chris and I are going to be proud parents!!! After being married for nearly seven years... we are ready and could'nt be happier to have recieved... the best Christmas gift ever!!

Christmas 09 is around the corner...

Our tree is up.... I just love this time of year. Because of lucky I kept the tree simple this year as I wasn't sure how she was going to react to a real tree. She took over the artificial tree in the previous years lol.. well needless to say she has been a good girl and has not touched not one ornament, so next year I will go back to my " Martha style tree" lol. Here is what our home is looking like these days....

Operation Healthy.....

Soooooo "operation healthy" is in effect at the Banninger lol. Chris is demanding his junk food back and is not very happy about the whole "no processed food" thing I have going on here lol However, have'nt started back up walking again ( its freezing out there!!)lol

Scarletta Images

Sooo as you all know, we recently remodeled our website and as well as added another member to the team. With that being said, we needed some professional photos of ourselves to be added to the site. Our photos were done by Denise Scarletta of "Scarletta Images" .... She has the true ability to capture the "picture perfect" photo. We will be sure to refer Denise to anyone who might be in need of photography service. Thank You again Denise for "wow-ing" us.

Back From Vaca.....

And Sooooo we are back!..... Vaca flew by!!!Soooo just my luck as soon as I step on the plane it all began with a cough.... needless to say I ended up spending 2 of the 4 nights on the ship in bed, sick =( It seems like I just can't catch a break. Today I returned to work to find out there were 15 call ins last week because the flu was going around....ahhh hah... yep- that explains!..... However even with being sick on the days that I did feel better everything was perfect- everything we wished for and soo much more. I have always thought I would like the idea of an inclusive resort as opposed to a cruise, but after sailing I cant say that I can continue to feel that way. You are treated like Kings and Queens with the staff waiting on your every hand and foot. It was a real treat! The most amazing vaca we have ever been on and we loved every single second of it!..... Sooo here are the pics seperated by slide show (i know I cant help it im a picture nazi!!) They are seperated by stops....

A getaway in Paradise!!

Ahhh yes, "Paradise"....We have the housesitters arranged and Saturday morning at 6:30am- Chris and I will be leaving for vaca!!! ... We Are spending Sat-Sun night in Miami. Boarding our cruise to the Keys and Cozumel- Monday thru Friday. Friday morning we arrive back at the Dock and spend one more night in Miami before going home. This is a very much needed vaca. Every year since Chris and I have been married we have vacationed at least once a year. However, last year we had planned a cruise but felt it was more important to replace our kitchen floor and get new appliances- and paint then to take a vaca. So with that being said- we did'nt have a vacation last year and whatever time we did have off- we spent working on the house- or me working on the business. So this is a very much needed and appretiated vaca!! We have never been on a cruise and are both very excited to go. After doing some research I can not believe all there is to do between excursions and on the cruise boat itself. I don't think there will be a minute where we won't enjoy ourselves.

Today, Chris and I had our 2009 Fall Photo shoot done by "Scarletta Photography" ...Despite the cold weather, it was worth every second. Working with her was an absolute pleasure! Pictures will be ready within the next week or two... she sent us a few photos of a "sneak peak".... This Saturday- Chris and I are getting our fall pictures done!! Last year- they turned out amazing. We are using a different photographer this time However, I don't have any doubts that they won't turn out just as great as the ones from last year- if not better!!! We are going to be taking them- downtown Rochester and are very excited.... Did I mention I lOOOOVE fall??
